Global Business Nexus (GBN)  - Corporate Governance & Operational Policies

1. Data Verification & Profiling Policy

A. Dual-Layer Audit Mechanism

To maintain the prestige of the "GBN Vetted" trust badge, no business profile can transition from a "Seed" or "User-Submitted" status to "Live-Verified" without successfully passing our two-part regulatory audit:

1. Taxation Registry Verification:

GBN compliance officers cross-reference submitted corporate tax identities against the active taxpayer registers of the home country.
For Pakistan listings, the entity must present an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and hold a verifiable National Tax Number (NTN). For service providers operating inside Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) registration is required.

2. Trade Body Affiliation Check:

The company must verify an active registration status with an approved trade body, such as the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), or relevant specialized trade organizations (e.g., PASHA, APTMA).

B. Industrial Capacity Vetting Policy

For enterprise accounts displaying asset-heavy industrial metrics (e.g., Annual Production Capacity, available manufacturing machinery), GBN reserves the right to request official documentation—such as factory manufacturing licenses or certified third-party audit sheets. Profiles found publishing intentionally inflated or fraudulent production metrics will be stripped of their verification status.

2. Listing Ownership, Claims, & Dispute Policy

A. The Seed Data Framework

To establish a functional database early on, GBN securely maps baseline public business details (Company Name, Public Office Address, Primary Category, and Trade Telephone) sourced from official public records. GBN does not claim ownership over the trademarks or logos of these seeded corporations.

B. Profile Claim Verification Protocol

When a legitimate business executive utilizes our Elementor frontend "Claim Listing" module, they must submit verification parameters proving administrative authorization.
A profile claim is only processed if:
* The applicant signs up using an official corporate email address matching the business domain (e.g., manager@company.com).
* Alternatively, if an enterprise operates via public email domains (e.g., Gmail/Yahoo), the claimant must upload a scanned copy of their official Chamber membership card alongside an authorization letter on the company’s letterhead.

C. Ownership Discrepancy & Dispute Resolution

In the event that two distinct user accounts claim administrative rights over the same corporate directory listing:
1- The listing is temporarily locked and hidden from public search indices to prevent data tampering.
2- Both parties are given five (5) business days to submit certified corporate identification to our compliance desk at compliance@globalbusinessnexus.com.
3- GBN legal administrators will review the evidence, assign dashboard control to the rightful verified entity, and issue a permanent platform ban to the fraudulent claimant.

3. Strict Database Integrity & Anti-Scraping Policy

A. Intellectual Property Boundaries

The comprehensive compilation, multi-level taxonomy architecture, custom industry tags, regional cluster organization, and design formats displayed across globalbusinessnexus.com and its folders (/pk, /af, /bd) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Global Business Nexus Network.

B. Complete Prohibition of Automated Data Extraction

To preserve server speeds for genuine traders and prevent proprietary database leakages, GBN enforces a zero-tolerance policy against data scraping. You are explicitly blocked from using:
- Automated bots, web spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or extraction tools.
- Automated data mining scripts targeting our ListingHub API endpoints or custom field strings.
-
Systematic manual duplication of directory phone lists, email registries, or corporate tax IDs to construct external marketing lists.

C. Technical and Legal Enforcement Measures

GBN implements automated security fires walls to monitor high-frequency hits. If automated harvesting patterns are detected:
1- The originating IP address, server node, and user agent are permanently blacklisted across our network.
2- If the scraping activity is traced back to a registered directory member, their corporate profile is deleted instantly with zero refund eligibility.
3- GBN reserves the right to file formal criminal complaints with federal cybercrime cells (e.g., the FIA Cybercrime Wing under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act - PECA in Pakistan) and pursue full financial damages for server degradation and property theft.

4. Cross-Border Transit Corridor Compliance Policy

Because GBN acts as a primary trade directory bridging the Pak-Afghan Transit Trade Corridor, we hold all freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, and cross-border transport operators to an enhanced standard of operational compliance:

Undocumented Goods Policy:

Listings promoting, hinting at, or facilitating undocumented trade, illegal smuggling networks, or unmanifested cargo clearing are banned.

Regulatory Alignment:

Logistics firms displaying transit tags (e.g., Torkham Border Clearance, Chaman Routing Capabilities) must possess valid licenses with relevant international freight tracking setups and national customs clearance directories.

Sanction Compliance Audits:

GBN regularly reviews its high-volume cross-border transit listings against regional and international trade compliance lists to maintain a clean database environment.

5. Directory Monetization & Fair Use Policy

A. Free Tier Allocation Limits

To support local business communities, our Basic Free Tier allows legitimate companies to secure online presence. However, to preserve directory quality, Free Tier accounts are strictly restricted to one (1) primary category and are blocked from altering advanced data metrics (such as target export markets or detailed plant machinery data blocks).

B. Premium Tier Packages & Fee Continuity

Purchasing an advanced package via WooCommerce unlocks deep industrial field configurations and enhanced visibility features. Paid packages are assigned to one distinct company domain and are non-transferable.

C. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because database allocation resources, advanced field accessibility, and high-visibility listing indexing are applied instantly to your profile upon transaction completion, GBN enforces a strict no-refund policy for all digital packages and directory upgrades. Account holders may cancel recurring subscription cycles at any time via their /dashboard to halt future billing.

6. Policy Amendments and Governance Updates

GBN reserves the rights to update, tweak, or expand this policy document to stay completely aligned with shifting international B2B regulations, regional trade group treaties, and national data privacy bills. Continued use of the directory portal following a published update serves as your formal confirmation and acceptance of our updated compliance rules.
