(such as ://globalbusinessnexus.com, /af, /bd), is for general informational and business matchmaking purposes only.By using this directory, searching listings, or claiming a profile, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of liability:

1. Contractual Relationship & Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, creating a business listing, or claiming a profile on Global Business Nexus
(including globalbusinessnexus.com.
Its country subdirectories /pk, /af, /bd, and all associated digital services).
You explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

Authorized Corporate Representation:
To submit, manage, or claim an enterprise profile on GBN.
You warrant and represent that you are an authorized owner, director, or employee of that business entity with the legal capacity to bind the company to these terms.

Account Credentials:
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WordPress/ListingHub dashboard login credentials.
Any activity, text modification, or data submission performed under your account is deemed your sole responsibility.

Data Integrity Requirement:
You agree to provide true, current, and accurate corporate information.
Providing intentionally misleading data, inflated plant capacities, or falsified registration documents will result in immediate profile termination with a permanent ban.

3. Listing Approval, Verification, & Profile Claims

The Right of Refusal:
GBN operates as a premier, vetted professional portal.
We reserve the absolute right to reject, suspend, or permanently delete any business listing or account claim at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if it fails to align with professional B2B standards.

Regulatory Audits:
For specific categories (e.g., Mines & Minerals, Manufacturing, Transit Logistics), GBN may request supplementary documentation before activating a profile.
This includes active Chamber of Commerce membership certificates, National Tax Numbers (NTN), or KPRA tax filings. Listings will remain hidden or marked "Pending" until verification is complete.
Profile Claims:
If a business profile was seeded by our administrative data team, the rightful corporate owner may use the "Claim Listing" feature.
GBN will audit claims using corporate email verification or letterhead checks to confirm legitimate ownership before transferring dashboard access.

4. Anti-Scraping Policy & Intellectual Property Protection

Database Ownership:
The compilation, layout, custom taxonomy hierarchy, specific industry tags, regional cluster organization, and design formats displayed across GBN are the exclusive intellectual property of the Global Business Nexus Network.

Strict Anti-Scraping Prohibition:
You are strictly prohibited from using automated software, bots, web crawlers, spiders, extraction tools, or scripts to harvest, scrape, mine, or collect company names, telephone lists, emails, or industrial metrics from our site.

Penalties for Violation:
Unauthorized database scraping damages server performance and constitutes intellectual property theft.
GBN will permanently block offending IP addresses and web hosting nodes, and reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies and financial damages under local cybercrime laws (e.g., Pakistan’s Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act / PECA).

5. Prohibited Listing Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from registering listings, uploading media, or promoting services that involve:
Illegal goods, black-market trading, smuggled commodities, or unmanifested cargo transport.
Deceptive, fraudulent, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.
Any material that infringes upon the intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of other global corporations.
The upload of malicious software, viruses, or corrupt files meant to disrupt the ListingHub plugin architecture or server security.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service:
GBN provides this business directory platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the directory will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or that the business information provided by third-party members is 100% accurate at all times.

B2B Transaction Disclaimer:
GBN is a directory network, not a brokerage, clearinghouse, or escrow party. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any commercial contracts, supply chains, logistics arrangements, or financial disputes that occur between buyers and sellers found through our platform.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in Pakistan and expanding territories, GBN, its founders, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, loss of business revenue, cargo disruptions along transit corridors, or data breaches resulting from your use of the directory.

7. Monetization, Paid Packages, & Refunds

Premium Packages:
Access to advanced custom fields (e.g., export destinations, plant assets) or top-tier directory placement requires purchasing a paid package via our WooCommerce system.

Billing Cycles:
All recurring subscription tiers are billed automatically based on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly/annually).

No-Refund Policy:
Since listing activation, premium visibility, and directory resource allocations occur instantly upon payment approval.
GBN enforces a strict no-refund policy on all digital listings and subscription packages, unless a technical billing error on our end is proven.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and provincial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of your launching city (e.g., Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). As the directory scales regionally, jurisdiction updates for international members will be handled via specific addendums.

9. Modifications to the Terms

GBN reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the newest version.
